What this policy covers

This policy explains how Radiarc Marketing handles personal information in connection with this website and inquiries made by email or phone. It covers information we receive directly and technical information processed to operate the site. Separate client agreements may address information handled as part of a project.

Privacy questions can be sent to hello@radiarcmarketing.com or raised by calling (424) 209-8892.

Information we receive

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, service interests, and the details you include in your message. We also receive information you provide during later business conversations.

Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect their services.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through general inquiries.

Contact forms and email

The contact page currently prepares an email draft using the information you enter in your browser. Those form fields are not submitted to a Radiarc form server. We receive the message only when you send it through your email application. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own terms.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss your business needs.
  • Prepare proposals and provide agreed services.
  • Manage our communications and business records.
  • Operate, maintain, and protect the website.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We do not add you to promotional email lists merely because you make an inquiry. You can ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.

Who information may be shared with

Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, email, telephone services, and business operations, as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

The current website code does not install analytics tools, advertising pixels, or cross-site advertising trackers. Hosting, access-control, and security services may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to provide their services.

Because we do not operate cross-site advertising tracking on this website, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its current operation. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect access to hosted features.

We will update this policy if our use of analytics, advertising tools, or other tracking changes.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and business information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and the purpose for which it is held.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or method of transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop promotional contact, by emailing hello@radiarcmarketing.com. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, correction, or restrictions on processing.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. We respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children and external websites

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Links may take you to other websites. Their operators are responsible for their own privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

Policy updates

Changes to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date. Changes apply from the stated effective date, subject to any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
