These terms describe the permitted use of the Radiarc Marketing website. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy. They govern use of the website; a separate written proposal or service agreement governs any work you commission from us.
Inquiries, proposals, and services
Website descriptions explain the services we offer. Contacting us or preparing an email draft does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, or authorize paid work. Services, deliverables, fees, timing, ownership, and responsibilities are established in a separate written agreement.
Where a signed service agreement addresses the same subject as these website terms, that agreement controls for the services involved.
Website package, ownership, and transfer
Website packages and their build fees, monthly care fees, and included services are shown on our pricing page. Website services have an initial three-month commitment, with monthly care starting at launch. Optional Google Ads management, advertising spend, additional pages, ongoing SEO campaigns, and custom work are separate. Your service summary confirms the agreed scope and any additional fees before payment. Adding ongoing SEO or Google Ads does not repeat the original website setup fee; additional service fees and any separately scoped project work are agreed before work begins.
Your delivery schedule is confirmed for the chosen package and scope before work begins. Delays in receiving required content, business details, account access, or feedback can move the launch date.
You own your custom website once the build fee is paid. Website ownership does not remove the initial three-month service commitment. If you leave after that commitment, you can take your website files, content, business accounts, and lead data with you.
When Radiarc hosting ends, you are responsible for arranging and paying for compatible website hosting and any services needed to operate the site. Third-party platforms, software, subscriptions, and integrations remain subject to their providers’ terms and may require your own accounts or subscriptions. We confirm the transfer arrangements and any continuing third-party requirements with you.
Website content and intellectual property
Website copy, layouts, graphics, and branding may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Rights remain with the relevant owners. You may view the site and share links for ordinary personal or business reference. Reproducing or commercially reusing protected materials requires permission unless applicable law allows it.
Third-party names, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Portfolio examples and marketing outcomes
Portfolio examples demonstrate website design work or are identified as illustrative concepts. They are not promises of future business performance. Do not treat sample layouts, estimates, or general descriptions as a commitment to particular project deliverables.
Search rankings, advertising traffic, leads, and sales depend on many factors, including competition, budgets, platform changes, market conditions, and the business’s own operations. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, or financial result through statements on this website.
